NEW YORK, NY – Alpha Drones USA is proud to announce a new partnership with Cinema High School to bring FAA certification training, drone flight education, and aerial cinematography instruction to students pursuing careers in film and digital media. The program marks Cinema High School’s first formal integration of drone technology into its curriculum, providing students with hands-on experience that combines aviation, technology, and creative storytelling.
Beginning September 28, students will participate in FAA Part 107 preparation, flight training, and drone cinematography coursework designed to complement the school’s filmmaking focus. The program will conclude before Thanksgiving and culminate in a recognition ceremony in December, where students will showcase original drone-produced film projects and celebrate certification and training achievements.
“By combining drone technology with visual storytelling, we are creating new opportunities for students to develop industry-relevant skills while exploring innovative forms of creative expression,” said Kelvin King, CEO of Alpha Drones USA. Through this partnership, Alpha Drones USA continues its mission to expand access to aviation education and workforce development pathways for the next generation.
